History
Senpukuji Station is in Sasebo, Nagasaki Prefecture, on the Nishi-Kyūshū Line which has been operated by the third-sector Matsuura Railway since 1988. It sits 88.4 km from Arita and consists of a single ground-level side platform with a bi-directional track. Trains on this branch terminate at either Saza or Sasebo; passengers transferring towards Arita change at Saza for local services to Imari and then onwards.
