• Nankai Kōya Line: Kawachinagano ⇄ Mikanodai

Mikkaichichō Station opened on 21 October 1914 as the new terminus of the Kōya Tozan Railway's extension from Nagano (today's Kawachi-Nagano). Renamed and merged through Ōsaka Kōya Railway in 1915 and Nankai Railway in 1922, it became part of Kintetsu in 1944 and returned to Nankai Electric Railway on 1 June 1947. An elevated station building was completed on 5 August 1973, converting the original island platform to opposed side platforms. Doubling between Kawachi-Nagano and this station finished on 24 March 1974. A 2007 redevelopment added new south and west gates, escalators, elevators and a west-side bus terminal.

The name pairs a -chō (town) suffix with a placename, partly to avoid confusion with the earlier Mikka-ichi Station on the Hokuriku Main Line, which opened in 1910 and is today's Kurobe Station.
