• Nishitetsu Tenjin Omuta Line: Mizuma ⇄ Omizo

Inuzuka Station opened on 1 October 1937 on what is today the Nishi-Nippon Railroad Tenjin Ōmuta Line, 48.0 kilometres south of the Fukuoka (Tenjin) terminus. The section through the station was single-tracked until 15 January 1997, when the stretch from Mizuma to Ōmizo was double-tracked; the original layout had been a single island platform serving two tracks. The current configuration uses two opposed side platforms linked by a level crossing, with a maintenance siding running along the Fukuoka side of the station to support the adjacent Inuzuka work area. The station is unattended, reflecting its role as a low-volume stop in rural Kurume.
