• Nankai Main Line: Tsuruhara ⇄ Izumisano

Iharanosato Station opened on 1 April 1952 between Tsuruhara and Izumisano on the Nankai Main Line. The name derives from the historic Ihara-no-shō manor in the upper-Kawaraya district above the station. Station numbering NK29 was introduced on 1 April 2012. The original station building stood only on the Namba-bound platform; a second building on the Wakayama-shi-bound platform entered service in 2020. Passengers move between the platforms via an in-station level crossing on the Namba side of each platform.

The driveway name 'Iharanosato-eki Shimo' at the intersection on Osaka Prefectural Route 20 is one of the few public signs that uses the older 'no' particle in the placename.
