Arakawa-kuyakushomae Station (SA 03) is a Tokyo Toden Arakawa Line stop in Arakawa 1-chōme, Arakawa, Tokyo. It opened on 1 April 1913 as Senjū-kandō Station when the Ōji Electric Tramway extended its line between Minowa (today Minowabashi) and Asukayama-shita (today Kajiwara). On 1 February 1942 the Ōji Electric Tramway was absorbed into the Tokyo City Tram, and the stop became part of the Mikawashima Line (today the Arakawa Line); it was then renamed Mikawashima-nichōme. The stop took its current name in 1961 when residential addresses were reorganised. It has two opposed side platforms.

Although it shares its name with the Arakawa Ward Office, the stop is set back from the office building itself — the closer bus stops on Meiji-dōri actually face the ward office, with buses for Nippori, Kameido and Minami-senjū depots.
